When will I receive my order?
Orders should be received as follows unless there is a shipping delay which will be specified on the item page. Standard Post within 5-10 working days (Canada & USA). Express Post should be received within 2 working days (Canada) and approx. 4 working days (USA). International orders should be received within 10-14 working days. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for either local or international customers. Are the bracelets washable?
